Meet Francine Bowen
With more than 20 years of experience in hospitality, healthcare and administrative services, I have built my career around helping people feel welcomed, supported and cared for. As the owner of Tyler Notary, I bring that same commitment to every notarization, offering professional, dependable and personalized mobile notary services throughout the Tyler community.
My experience working with individuals, patients and families has taught me the importance of trust, discretion and treating every person with respect. I became a notary to provide a practical, personal service that helps people navigate important documents and life decisions with greater confidence and peace of mind.
As a proud member of the Tyler community, I value the relationships I have built through my professional work and community involvement. I believe that serving others means listening carefully, protecting their privacy and making every interaction feel comfortable and professional.
When you choose Tyler Notary, you work directly with me from your first inquiry through the completion of your appointment. There are no middlemen or confusing handoffs, just personal attention, clear communication and service tailored to your needs.
My commitment is simple: to provide every client with the professionalism, confidentiality and personal care I would want for my own family.
